DressU shipping page
At DressU, we take great care to provide you with fast and reliable shipping services throughout Germany. We ship directly from our service provider's address at Matterhorn Moda Sp z oo, 51 Katowicka, 41-400 Myslowice, Poland.
Below you will find detailed information about our shipping policies, costs and procedures to ensure you have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience.
Product prices
All prices are quoted in euros/€. The prices listed on our website include value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders over €50, we charge no shipping costs; for orders under €5, we charge €5.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship throughout Germany.
Order processing and processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Processing time ends at 5:00 PM (Monday-Saturday), (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Berlin). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. This processing time includes order verification, quality control, and packaging.
Breakdown of shipping costs, times and service providers
We strive to process your shipments quickly and carefully and select the most suitable shipping company for your location to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders.
All shipping costs shown at checkout are final – there are no hidden fees or additional handling charges.
Couriers for express delivery:
UPS Germany, FedEx Germany, DPD Courier and GLS (depending on customer location).
Shipping costs:
- Free shipping on all orders over €50.
- For orders under €50 we charge €5.
Delivery time: 4 to 5 working days (Mon-Sat).
Once your order has been shipped, you can track the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact us at info@dressu.de for quick assistance.
Order/shipment tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Order cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@dressu.de or call us at +4917634532767. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Damaged goods
We take great care to package your orders carefully. However, if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dressu.de or call us at +4917634532767. Include your order number and send us photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either with a replacement or a refund.
Change of address
If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@dressu.de or call us at +4917634532767. Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed and shipped. Once the order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address.
