Orders

If you want to order something, you don't have to register.

You can select a specific product category from the menu and then use the filters to narrow down your search results. After adding the desired items to your shopping cart, you can review your selections, make minor changes, and complete payment.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to add items to an existing order.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We use advanced encryption technology (SSL) to securely transmit your personal data and credit card information. We also only work with established payment providers.

After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your card will be charged shortly before the order is shipped. If any of the items you ordered are no longer available, you will receive an email from DressU Customer Service, and your credit card will only be charged for the value of the available items.

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after they have been shipped. Please provide an address where you can be found at the specified delivery time.

Shipment

Yes, we are happy to offer you free shipping for orders over €50 .

For orders below this amount, the shipping fee is only 5€.

Our team will do everything in its power to process your order quickly and securely, so you can usually receive your new jewelry within 5-7 business days .

Your moment of glory is important to us, and we're working hard to make it happen as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this also depends on the courier's delivery times!

You can only ship to one address per order. If your order includes gifts or items that need to be shipped to multiple locations, you'll need to place a separate order for each address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transport from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once the items have been delivered to the specified shipping address and the recipient has confirmed receipt by signature, they are no longer insured. The insurance applies up to an order value of €500.

If your package is damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept it or leave a note when signing for receipt indicating that you have accepted a damaged package.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a reference number that you can use to track the delivery of your order.

Yes, your satisfaction is important to us. That's why we offer a 21-day return guarantee .

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the 21-day return period.

The easiest way is to log in to your customer account and select "Request a Return" for the item you wish to return. Don't worry, you don't have to log in permanently. Alternatively, you can also send us an email.

Returns are currently free of charge.

Once we receive your return, we typically need 14 days to process the refund. You should receive your money within 14 days. If this isn't the case, please contact us and we'll investigate.

At DressU, we focus on short transport routes and high quality, which is why we manufacture our products within the EU. This includes countries like Poland and Italy.
