Returns at DressU
At DressU, we strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent customer experience. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to guide you through the return process. Please read the following information carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.
Return period
You can return items within 21 days of receiving your order. To ensure a smooth return process, please notify us as soon as possible.
How to initiate a return
1) Via your customer account; you don't need to have created one beforehand.
2) Contact us: Send an email to our customer service team at info@dressu.de with your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos.
Prepare the item: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached.

Return by mail: Send the item to DressU, Gartenstraße 26, 61137 Schöneck (Hessen), Germany.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, for example:
Gift vouchers
Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged)
Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Used or worn items that do not meet the requirements for “unused” condition.
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Exchange
We offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you can return the original item and request an exchange. Here's how the exchange works:
Initiate a return: Follow the return process above for the item you wish to exchange.
Shipping costs: We cover the return shipping costs for you!
Processing your exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include the order number, a description, and photos.
Return shipping costs: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items and refund any applicable delivery charges.
Refund: You will receive a refund to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refund processing time
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Your bank may need additional time to process the refund.
Important note: If an item does not meet the return criteria (e.g., used, without original packaging), we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a 30% restocking fee.
